Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Warranty
All products come with a free replacement warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your product does not match the description or has defects, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@allgad.com. We will ensure all your issues are promptly resolved.

Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to send the correct items or refund your payment in full.

Defective or Faulty Products
For products that are defective or faulty, please take photos or videos and email them to support@allgad.com. We will replace or refund your purchase upon confirmation.

Please Note
This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

Returns & Refunds

Return Period
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Process
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Used products or products damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping for Returns
Please use a trackable mail service to return your product. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please label the item as a gift to avoid customs fees as we do not cover these for returns.

Refund Issuance
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned product, we will process your refund to your original method of payment and send a refund receipt to the email address used during the original purchase.

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@allgad.com.

Sale/Promotion Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and charges assessed for refunds by credit card companies.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Buyer no longer wants the items - This common scenario will not be honored as a valid reason for return.
  • Buyer found items cheaper elsewhere - Buyers are encouraged to be sure of their purchase at the committed prices before placing an order.
